General Purpose of the Position:

This employee is assigned to special projects as it relates to areas within a high rise rental building to the Construction Upgrade Program on behalf of the leasing office and the Management Staff.? The employee acts as a liaison to the residents and the efforts of the construction staff as to allow the leasing manager to continue to function, as well as, the business manager to function fully while the project coordinator handles the needs of the residents that may relate or effect these two departments.? The position is the link to the existing staff and residents for the leasing effort plus construction tasks as needed.? Typically marketing and customer service oriented in nature.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

*Assists to maintain leasing strategies to secure highest rents possible and highest occupancy possible.

*Effective resident relations and communication to relocate tenants, ultimately the satisfaction of the tenant and or new residents while preserving the needs of the office within the building.

*Assists to ensure the highest quality of customer service standards are implemented and represented toward the owner, residents and co employees within the coordinator?s responsibility during the leasing effort to manage and market for the property

* Office Administration.

Skills and Abilities Required:

* Must be customer service oriented, as well as, disciplined in problem solving and highly organized

* Critical thinker and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment

* Ability to forecast business plan as it evolves through the stages of construction and the length of time with the program.? Overall property value appreciation and the building?s needs.

* Understand multi-family housing and the building guideline and by laws as it relates to the high rise rental real estate.

Education and Experience Required:

• Two years in multi- family management with over 300 units
• Bachelor?s degree
• Extensive computer experience
• Some real estate knowledge as it relates to leasing
